Join Heather Deters for a discussion on exploring career options with younger children. Deters has an MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Ohio State University and a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton. She brings almost 20 years of experience working in higher education in a variety of roles, including Admissions Director and Student Affairs Director at OSU, and has served as a career coach at Xavier University and Northern Kentucky University for the last four years.
